Digital Design Fellow
NUFDI Digital Design Fellowship (Social Media Marketing)
The NUFDI Digital Design Fellowship is a unique opportunity to join a tight-night, growing advocacy group in a part-time fellowship role. Design Fellows will enjoy broad creative freedoms to pursue the mission of promoting secular democracy and human rights in Iran.
Responsibilities will vary depending on NUFDI’s developing program but specific responsibilities may include:
Developing engaging social media content for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Create infographics and other engaging content to display human rights violations in Iran
Produce short videos and other content on NUFDI activities and core campaigns, especially human rights
NUFDI Digital Fellows should meet the following qualifications:
Current university student (undergraduate or graduate)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proven interest in human rights, Iran, international relations, politics, and media
Self-motivated and with superior attention to detail
Highly creative and artistic
Experience with social media and digital content development
Background in design
Further qualifications:
Spoken and written Persian (Farsi)
Experience working on Iranian/Iranian-American issues

This fellowship is flexible and can be 3, 6, or 12 months
This is a part-time fellowship which can be done remotely or from Washington, D.C.
